How do I know it’s a chemical pregnancy

My cycle is super off since miscarriage in July.

AF is 7 days late

I had a faint line Wednesday on both clear blue and First Response.

I’ve tested Thursday, Friday and Saturday and all lines are there but faint

Well I started cramping and having light spotting so I went to urgent care because I thought I was going to loose it.

They did the transvaginal ultrasound and saw nothing. He said I probably already lost it.

Even tho I’ve had 8 positive tests in 4 days.

Im confused, sad, upset with myself for getting myself and my husband excited.

Not sure what to do or think
