Baby acne or milk allergy rash?

Baby is EBF. This has been occurring since 4 weeks.

Hard to tell from a photo love, does look similar to an allergy rash but could also just be acne. Is baby showing any other signs of a milk allergy?

Take clove oil mix with warm water and wash his/her face will go away no matter if its rash or anything else

Photos can be tough to tell but it does look more like a rash than pimples. My daughters baby acne was basically just white little dots on her face.
