Please help

My baby is soooooooooo difficult to feed. Hes already 12 months. Never took a bottle and always hated eating food. Omg. I was hoping to wean but its looking like its impossible.

From the very first bite of food he will either keep his mouth shut tight or spit his food out. Weve tried everything (like when we tried to get him on bottle. We tried everythinggggg). We try different foods to see if we can find something he likes. We feed from spoon or hand. We try different textures. Weve gotten so desperate we sing to him to calm him down. Its so difficult and stressful and we have no one else to help us. Does anyone have any suggestions? He doesnt do baby led weaning either bc he'll just play with the food rather than eat it. The only thing he feeds himself is his stupid cracker.
