pain.. tmi?

anyone else have really bad pelvic and vaginal pain? i ended up going to the ER Friday; they did an ultrasound and everything was fine. today im just really sore but im not a fan of hurting that badly

I get really bad pelvic cramps and shooting pain in my vagina randomly... there are some triggers like sex or bowel movements but they don’t always trigger it and sometimes it happens completely randomly... went to the ER a few times ended up doing a laparoscopic surgery to look for endometriosis but didn’t have any, was diagnosed with PCOS through ultrasound and blood test but dr said she doesn’t think it should cause pain, getting off hormonal birth control seems to have made it less frequent but it still hurts just as bad when it does happen so I don’t know... not sure if it’s a PCOS thing
