I am an EBF mom of a baby who likes to eat all day and night and I wouldn’t say I have an oversupply at ALL... BUT she’s twelve weeks old and I’ve saved 100oz of milk in the freezer!! All those extra sessions pumping after feeding or in between if possible have paid off! I can’t say how freaking proud I am of myself. It’s been a long road because pumping has been much harder for me than breastfeeding (tiny nipples-finally got the right flange size!!) and i have high lipase milk so need to freeze it within 12 hours. On top of that i got my period back already and it’s super inconsistent but when I’m spotting my milk supply dips 😭 Here’s to the next 100 oz i hope.💪💪
