This is a question for the men only. I have been with my boyfriend for 3 years. We’ve basically lived together for that entire time. We’ve been through a lot of ups now downs. I’ve told him I wanted to get engaged countless of times. We just talked bout it recently too. He always says he’s broke etc, whatever reason for why he doesn’t want to get engaged right now. I’m a very simple person I don’t care about the size or price of a ring and I’ve explained that to him. I even told him I would be happy with one of those silicone rings lol. Then I told him it’s not him being broke is the reason for why we cant get engaged and I just told him to tell me flat out why. He said he’s not ready at this point and time. He’s 34 years old and I’m 29. I mean like I said we’ve been together for 3 years. Why is he still waiting? I don’t get it. I told him if he’s not ready to commit now then he’s never going to be. Any advice from maybe some married men or engaged men have? No mean comments please bc this is already hard enough thinking possibly it’s something I’m doing wrong.
