Helpppp!

So since Thursday I’ve had really bad lower back pains & lower abdominal pain. Yesterday I had diarrhea & throwing up everything I ate. After the 3rd time throwing up I decided hmmm what if I’m pregnant? Might be too soon to tell but I took a test & it came out negative like in 2 seconds. Should I retest in a couple days? What til my period comes which is supposed to be this weekend? I’m going to go the doctor regardless because it can be so many things.
