What breast pump do you use?

I'm a first time mom. 28w+2d . I'm trying to figure out what breast pump will work best.  Something that's not to expensive. What kind of pump do you use?

I’ve used Medela in the past but I am now 100% Spectra. I have a SpectraS2 and I love how much you can customize the suction.

I got an older pump in style from a friend and it was like a rabid wolverine suckling when I pumped. I could not relax. So I bought a spectra. Tried every single setting on it! Barely got anything. So I got a newer pump in style and used it for the entire time I pumped. I exclusively pumped for almost a year. 6 times a day... 12 at first. I think I got my money's worth. You may not respond to one kind of pump. My hand pump was good too. I think I might spend the money this time and get a medela sonata. Its supposed to be better than the pump in style but cheaper than the hospital grade pump.

I used a medela with my last and didn't like it. Recently hopped on the bandwagon with the Spectra S2 in prep for this new baby and I just gotta say, after unboxing I'm quite excited. It's super quiet and I'm hoping it does the job better.

I use the Medela in style also. Have you checked to see if your insurance will cover one?
