TTC after 2 miscarriages

We have been trying for a year now. Miscarried in June of 18. Got pregnant again in October and had a D&C on Dec.3rd, now i was supposed to start yesterday with AF but have only spotted when I wipe. Don’t want get my hopes up, but not sure what to do at this point.last month i bled for 16 days(first actual period after D&C) anybody know when cycles are supposed to get back to normal?
