Hard time coming with SO lately?

Ok so first off my SO and I have been together for 9 years and we have 2 kids. Sex before kids, during pregnancy and after they were born has always been fantastic and we are really good at talking and telling each other what we need. I need clitoral stimulation during sex to get off and lately it’s been taking FOREVER! Which he is cool with and whatever but for me 30+ mins of trying is just not working for me. I used to be able to come in 10 mins no problem! Have I desensitized myself? Should I stop for a while? Has this happened to anyone and does anyone have any advice?
