How long was your little one sick for ?

It’s been 5 hard days for me with my baby having the flu and a congested cough 
I have a humidifier and vapor rub on her haven’t bathed her since since I don’t want her to get worse idk? And nothing seems to help I’m giving her Tylenol when she gets hot and feel like she’s in pain  and also zarbees mucus medicine everyday so I just don’t know what else I can do ...

It was about 9 days, symptoms started easing up around day 6. I dont know if you’re using the medicated vaporub but there were some scary warning about using it on infants a few months back, but Vick’s makes a BabyRub that’s non-medicated.  I did a warm bath in the afternoons and I found that the humidity really helped. You can warm up a towel in the dryer for afterward so you don’t have to worry about the temperature change. And clearing the nose 3 or 4 times a day is always a good relief for them! It’s so hard to watch them be sick, hang in there!

My girl had a cold for about a week. I did warm baths every day, stood in a steamy bathroom with her when she was super stuffy. Lots of cuddles
