Empty second sack at 5 weeks , turned to a viable baby number two ?

I would love to hear some positive stories , I have read many online and I am currently 5 weeks and a few days . They saw two sacks , one with a heart beat and other one empty . Has anyone had a miracle happen and the second ultrasound show the other one ?

Baby a is the huge one w the sac baby b is the small one under they said sac was empty no heart beat for b on 5 weeks 1 day but a was perfect then went back baby b developed a heart beat and fetal pole went back 2 weeks later they can't tell if baby b heart rate is mine or baby b but it's still growing I hate not knowing if my baby is alive or in heaven problem is I feel amazing not feeling sick at all

I had the same thing twice . Both my babies had a vanishing twin.😖I wonder if you can have successful twins later ?? The dr told me that early there is basically nothing you can do to stop it if it happens . Just be positive and stay healthy is the best medicine for both you and baby/babies

This was 100% me!!! 
Went for private scan @5 weeks 3 days and only 1 baby was visible, 
Went for a rescan 3 weeks later and had 2 little beans measuring 2cm each💖💖
I’m now 21 weeks with NON identical twin girls 💖💖
Left twin was our worry

I had a scan 2 days ago and got all measurements but babies was not being co operative for pictures so I have another scan in 2 weeks 💖💖 if you need a chat just message me 😁 best of luck x

If the second baby is measuring smaller then it would make sense you wouldn’t see anything in that sac yet. Give it some time. And hopefully you’ll see a baby in there soon. Fingers crossed for you. When are you due? We are super close lol
