Implant late? BFP?

Hi,

Has anyone ever implanted late (say 10dpo-12dpo), I’m on CD 47, I believe I ovulated on CD28-29 (so later than what is considered normal 😔).

I went for a quant blood test last week which would have been either 11-12dpo. I heard back that it was negative. Zero. Nada.

Today I took a cheap test and it gave what appears to be a thin line. Could be evap though.

Could implantation have been late and therefore given a negative BT?

Any similar stories. Please share.
