Accessory lobe / extra lobe on placenta

Posting in here because I'm not really getting responses.

I got an ultrasound yesterday and Im 24 weeks. The tech said she thinks theirs an accessory lobe to my placenta and the doctor is probably gonna send me for another ultrasound.

Has anyone had this? And what did it mean for you? I have an appointment on Wednesday with my doctor but my sisters and mom never heard of that before. Im super paranoid now.

I would like to know from someone who personally deilvered how it went for you. I see my doctor tomorrow but kinda freaking out because of things online. If it makes me more at risk for hemorrhaging and fetal death I honestly rather elect to have a csection even tho I would rather avoid one anyways...
