BBT QUESTION..
This may sound stupid but I'm new to bbt. Can you take your bbt under the arm? If yes, do you add a degree or 0.5 of a degree? I'm using a bbt thermometer but just curious. Looked online but didn't find a 'yes' or 'no' answer LOL please only be polite😊
