We’re actually looking for a house right now but we can only rent for now. Maybe one day we’ll buy our own.

we started in September, and finally closed on a house by April. 
it was hard to find what we wanted in our price range we had to compromise a few things, and scored a house that had been on the market all winter and dropped in price.

We started house shopping in July or August.  Closed December 1st. Ultimately we were pretty fortunate it was such a fast process for us.

We started renting our own house after about 6 months and bought our own house after 3 years x
