But you’re spotting or have any concerns, Go to the emergency room and tell them everything. They’ll do an ultrasound even if they aren’t looking for a heartbeat to make sure your pregnancy is in the right place and hasn’t been terminated.

Edit: I am in the military so maybe our hospitals and emergency centers operate differently. But this is what worked for me in what I consider to be an emergency.

Edit Edit (for those know-it-all judge type moms): this is what my personal experience was AFTER calling my health team with my concerns (vaginal bleeding and cramping) and was told to go down the hall to ECC. I got checked out and the baby and I are fine. This was not a debate post for anyone’s personal opinions.
