Short cervix - Hospital Strict Bedrest, bad backpain
My cervix has fluctuated quite a bit, but now I'm back up to 2.3 after measuring 1.2 to days ago.
I was just wondering if anyone been on bedrest and had bad back pain. I'm using a heating pad and having my husband massage it every day for me, but it can still get pretty bad.
Anyone else have this? What did you do that helped?
