If anyone’s looking for higher protein whole food meals, I just made the BEST thing. Quinoa, steamed kale, and sautéed tofu smothered in peanut sauce. 😋 The recipe is from “Isa Does It,” for Curried Peanut Sauce Bowl, but you could easily put it together without a recipe. It’s like healthy comfort food!
