It’s like I’m not allowed to say I’m sick

Need to rant I’m upset.... My fiancé never believes when I’m sick. He doesn’t understand being pregnant is difficult. With my first I didn’t experience any sickness I barely felt pregnant. (He’s not the child father of my first) he said his ex gf (she had his first child) was always sick and had to stop working dr order. So he should already know this is something serious and not just me being lazy. It’s frustrating because if I miss work or go in late or leave early he gets upset we’re financially stable so I don’t get if I miss one day it won’t be a big deal. Luckily I’ll be working from home in a few weeks so I won’t be missing any work but still I wish he was more considerate. The other day I was so sick and we had his daughter over and he thought I didn’t want to be around her ( he just got 50/50 custody after a long battle) and it’s not even that I’m literally sick. If I don’t puke that means I’m not sick to him.
