Help me!!

So I have been trying to get pregnant for a little over 3 years now. I believe I had a miscarriage last month, but did not even know I was pregnant. I had sex around the time of supposed ovulation. Earliest I can take a test is tomorrow. My cycle length is unpredictable as well as ovulation. I have been feeling like this could be my month with bloating, gas, some lower abdominal twinges, and fatigue. But I have felt this way before and nothing. I am scared to take a test because I don’t want to see another negative result. Today when using the bathroom I noticed a small white spot on my underwear and thick clear discharge when I wiped. Could this be early pregnancy discharge?
