Compliment?

Im 34 weeks and this old lady who volunteers at my work said today that she didnt even realize I was pregnant and that im "so tiny". Its not like im a toothpick either,  was a size 12 before my lil rainbow baby. So I should take that as a compliment right? Asking for a friend...

I don’t think I started showing til about 34-35 weeks and I’m 37 on Friday. Personally I would’ve taken that as a compliment.
BUUUT I did have a lady come up to me one time at around 34-35 weeks, ask if I waspregnant, and when I told her I was her response was “oh ok” and walked away. That I took offense to but only because it was so strange 😂

I would I’m 35w and look about 22-24w so pretty small 🤷🏻‍♀️ is rather look small then be all belly but that’s just me 😂

Depends on the person giving the compliment and the person receiving it. Personally I dont think it is tactful to mention anyone's size while pregnant just to be safe. Always say, "you look lovely." Simple and nothing regarding size just to be sensitive and respectful of people's feelings.

That totally depends on the individual receiving the remark. I personally would just take it as a compliment and move on, but I dont take things personally often.
