My Love spot

Soo... I noticed yesterday that the outer part of my v is very sore(like beginning of my vagina canal). whenever I flex my muscles it feels even worse and when I'm moving around. I'm not sure what it could be and I don't have any STDs(went to the doctor a week ago). I am sexually active and just wondering if anyone else has had this problem. my mom said she's had the same problem and it was because my dad "rubbed" too hard 😭 but I need some kind of answers before I go crazy
