Real friend?

Sooo I’ve known this girl well call her “ally” for a few years now. We were really close at one point & she’d stay at my house for weeks on end. Anyways now we’re older life changes whatever i have a baby now we both live at our boyfriends house.. only thing is she’ll do things like say we’ll hang out I’ll call her or text her to hang out and she’ll completely ignore me.. Whatever.. I’ll text her on random days and she’ll ignore me then text me when SHE wants to talk.. it’s so annoying.. I’ve told her about this don’t make plans with me then can’t even bother to text me and say never mind.. how should i continue this friendship? Just not text her first anymore & just have her text me and call me?? It’s soo annoying, i told my bf i wasn’t gonna talk to her and he told me not to ruin a friendship over that. It’s not that serious.. but it kinda is too me, it’s like she has no respect me.. especially when i have a baby don’t tell me to let’s hang out i plan around my baby and then you completely just ignore me when it’s time.
