Spotting but pregnant?!

I stopped taking BCPs 2/9 and had a period/withdrawal bleed 2/13 through 2/17...the day after I was supposed to ovulate according to Glow I started spotting (TMI) but when I removed the tampon a few hours later there was a small spot of dried blood then done ...this pattern has repeated several times since including yesterday when AF was due...I took a test for whatever reason and this is my results...it looks positive but why the spotting? Should be seen or wait it out? I know it things go wrong then it was meant to be but worried about more serious reasons like ectopic...
