When should i start feeling...

Question

When should I start feeling movement with a anterior placenta ? I'm 15 weeks and had a Doppler done today but i had a posterior placenta with my fist born and feel like a lost puppy with this. 
Dr said not to worry and that it's normal but that didn't answer my question.
Anyone else go through this ?

I have posterior placenta and felt the tiniest movements at 13-14 weeks and actual kicks around 20 weeks

I have an anterior placenta and felt flutters at 15 weeks and kicks by 18 weeks

I didn’t feel a thing until 21 weeks.

I started feeling flutters around 11 weeks. The flutters got stronger around 16 weeks and I started feeling actual little kicks at 20 weeks.
