I read lots of people’s comments that women can get pregnant again right after abortion or miscarriage, even before your period. Is it true??? I researched so much and I really can’t find the right answer. Thank you!

Yes. But an pregnancy soon test after either could still register pregnant due to the hormones after either of these events when you are in fact no longer pregnant. If you ovulate before a period then yes you could get pregnant again before a first period.
