Prego after one shot of depo?

I'm 19 first of all Sooo I didn't get my scheduled shot I was supposed to get on the 15th of July because I was bleeding the whole time, so on August 27th I finally got to move out of state to live with my boyfriend and we had sex that day up until the 8th of September a week after having sex I had sore nipples and little cramping in my lower tummy area sooo yesterday we decided to buy a pregnancy test I took it this morning. Aaannnddd well I am honestly not sure what to think so I have the original photo and the photo I edited in black n white and y'all tell me.

P. S. If I am pregnant that is really confusing since the depo supossedly stays in your system for 3 months to a year?!
