My due date is tomorrow and still NO sign of baby wanting to make her appearance 😩 I have an appointment in like 5 hours but was just curious as to when others had to be induced

You can’t go past 42 weeks. Even going past 40w increases the risk of shoulder dystocia, stillbirth, and a c section

It really depends. But usually no longer than 42 weeks. My doctor was talking about induction if my baby didn’t come within the week after my due date naturally. Thankfully, my daughter did come on her own four days overdue.

Two weeks unless there is a medical reason to induce ealier. Because it's preferable to go into labor on your own, but at two weeks past due date the placenta might begin to struggle with giving the right support for the baby 😊

I went in for a check up at 40 + 1 and was at 0 so they set up an induction for 40+ 4. I ended up going into labor on my own and had him naturally at 40+4. Good luck!!
