Should I worry?

Hi everyone!!

I am on my third pregnancy. My first ended in miscarriage. My second was twins and we lost one of twins around 9 weeks and the other twin went on to be born happy and healthy and is now 1!! I am 7 weeks pregnant today. Due to my history I had an ultrasound at 5 weeks 4 days. The baby looked great and had a heart rate of 101. The dr (he is kind of an alarmist) said he was a little worried that it was so slow but it was probably slow because it had likely just started beating a day or so before. Everything I have seen is that that early the heart rate should be between 90 and 110 so I’m trying not to be too worried about that.

I have been very nauseous this entire time and I woke up today with no symptoms at all. I am very concerned. I had slight cramping over night but no bleeding and the cramping is gone. I guess I am wondering if the baby’s heart stops would I lose all symptoms? My next appointment is Monday to check the heart rate.
