2 year old doesn't sleep through the night
anyone else's 2 year old not sleeping all night? he's normally asleep for 8:30. wakes up at 11-12 ish wanting something to drink. toss and turns for 30 minutes. wakes up again 1-3ish with same thing.. then is up by 5:30. He does still cosleep but i have ordered his big boy bed and wanting to try to start transitioning. Any tips on helping a child sleep threw the night?
