Lupus anticoagulant test: positive then negative

Em

I had 3 early losses in 2018 so after the 3rd one I got tested. I found out I have a balanced translocation. I also found out I had suspicion of lupus anticoagulant and that I had to get tested again to confirm the diagnosis. Then I got pregnant again and started taking heparin shots just in case because of my losses history. At 10 weeks I tested for chromosomal abnormalities and baby is low % for everything. At about 12 weeks I tested again for the lupus anticoagulant and the result was negative. My gynecologist says I should stop taking the heparin shots because I received the negative result (I’m 19 weeks today). He won’t give me any more after 22 weeks. And I’m terrified. I don’t want to stop the shots, they give me a peace or mind, but the doctor says it could make more damage in the future (if I have an accident or if I go into labor early).

Anyone’s been through this? getting a positive then a negative result? I can’t sleep at night thinking that I will have to stop taking the shots in a couple of weeks. How would I know if something is wrong with the baby when I stop the shots? I just don’t trust the test anymore, what if it’s wrong?
