18 Weeks-5 months or??

So I’m 18 weeks today! 🥳🥳
Would that make me 5 months today or do I not turn 5 months until I hit 20 weeks? 
I keep reading so many different answers on the internet so just curious as to which is more correct!

Weeks and months don’t match up evenly. Just go by the calendar. If your LMP was Nov 8th, then Dec 8 you were 1 month, Jan 8th 2 months and so on. You will be 5 months pregnant April 8th.
