Does soy affect fertility?
I’ve read conflicting things. I’m a vegan and the only soy I really consume are these soy burgers. I like them a lot but I was wondering if they could hurt my chances to conceive. I became vegan feb 22nd this year and I’ve been trying to conceive for over a year and a half. So I def don’t need anything negatively affecting me at this point lol
