Miscarriage 😢 advice required ❤️

Hi ladies this is my second miscarriage I’d of only been a couple of weeks pregnant .. first one I was 10weeks ... soooo I started my period a few days late I didn’t even know I was pregnant .. I bled for 12 days and I was like this is strange as my periods are usually light and about 4 days .. so the day the bleeding stopped I starting testing for ovulation and it was a strong positive ... I was like that’s super strange ... so I took a pregnancy test and it said positive .. I got all excited for a second and then was like oh I’ve just bled 😕 .. so then I took a clear blue how many weeks and it said 2-3 weeks ... sorry for the long story .. but my question is how long until I’ll start ovulating and can get pregnant again .. I know everyone is different but just feel a bit shit that it might take ages again 😢 anyone get pregnant soon after a miscarriage anddd does the day you start bleeding class as the miscarriage or when you stop bleeding 😕 I’m two weeks after I started bleeding and I’m still showing positive for pregnancy it sucks ballz
