Video games late at night

So I live with my amazing boyfriend and he likes to play video games every once in while, which I don’t mind. The problem is when he does he likes to play till 12 am or 3 am in the morning. His PlayStation is in our room along with the tv. He has moved it in the guest room in the past when I want to go to sleep cause I usually will have to get up early for class. But he likes to sometimes play when he has to wake up really early in the morning for work the next day. I don’t know what else to think of or do. Do I put a time limit like he can play till 11 or do I just say put it in the other room?
