I am 6 weeks. I want to be excited about being pregnant but to be honest I’ve read so many horrors on this app about women loosing their baby in the early weeks. I’m trying not to think that way but it’s just terrifying knowing what some women go through...

My question is, are there signs of a miscarriage?

I haven’t had any symptoms besides sore breast, cramping, nausea and constipation

I went to the dr at 4w5d and all my doctor could see was that my uterus was very thick. She said it’s normal not to see baby or heartbeat that early. I go back tomorrow and I’m hoping for a heartbeat.

I just feel scared to be excited...
