Suggestions On How to De-stress
So, I recently reached the point to where I no longer see my therapist every two weeks. Now that I don’t see her I am struggling to find ways to keep calm and get through the rough parts of my day. I don’t want to return quite yet because I literally stopped seeking therapy last week, I want to spread my wings. I just don’t know how...or at least that’s what I’m telling myself. What do you guys use to de-stress and keep calm? Is it effective? Thanks for the suggestions in advance!💕
