Conceived date ?

So I’m just curious about when I might of conceived ? Cause I’m just tryna figure out like when it happened ? I have an app where I keep track of my periods and days I had intercourse. Due October 7 I’m 10 weeks according to my ob but ultrasound says 11 weeks . And so then I conceived beginning of January ? What’s the difference with implantation and conceived?

They start counting the weeks 2 weeks before you actually conceive, so if they say you’re 11 weeks it means you ovulated about 9 weeks ago. Whenever you had sex closest to that is when you conceived; implantation would have happened about a week after that.
