11 1/2 weeks and I CANNOT STOP PEEING

I went to visit my OBGYN on Monday and got everything checked, baby heart was fine, blood pressure was fine, weight is fine... BUT MY URINATION is insane. I literally pee about like 2/3 times an hour especially AT NIGHT... my obgyn mentioned that there was some white blood cells in my urine but he really didn’t seemed concerned.. should I call him again tomorrow and see if I should take anything? I really have zero pain and zero burning sensation when I use the restroom I just wanna sleep at night
