Is this normal or should I be going to the Dr?

I’m 19 weeks and 5 days. I was just diagnosed with placenta previa this past Monday at my anatomy scan. Everything went well, baby looked healthy and I also had a transvaginal ultrasound to check my cervix as my son was early, they want to make sure its not shortening and told me they would like it to be at least 3.5 cm and mine was 4.2 which is good.

Anyways, I had some dark red spotting at 15 weeks, my ob didn’t seem worried about that. But last night when I went pee there was bright red in the toilet, I’m trying not to overworry as it wasn’t heavy at all and mostly just the one bleed then just some spotting mostly when I wiped. Today it’s turned to brown and when I just used the washroom it looked like there was a clot maybe the size of my finger tip, I couldn’t tell for sure as it was in the toilet . I have still been feeling my baby girl move and heard her heartbeat on the doppler last night but I’m still a little worried.

I can’t find much info about it when searching online so I was hoping maybe someone here has some experience with this and/or can give me some reassurance!!
