I am exhausted and just loosing it y’all

My 5 month old was sleeping great at night and all but the last week or so of being 4 months up until now her sleeping schedule is all messed up i am back to square one of no sleep and she wakes up for feeding at least twice at night.. and not to mention she cries a lot every time she’s being put to bed even though she is exhausted she just cries as if I’m hurting her. Anyone else ? I really hope this is just a phrase or something because I’m exhausted. I don’t know if she’s teething that’s why she’s acting like this. Any suggestions
