EXTREME lightning crotch- should I be worried?

I’m 40 weeks and 4 days now and I’ve had lightning crotch for probably 2 months, but tonight it’s WAY worse. It usually only happens while standing or walking but I’m just sitting in bed and it keeps coming. It’s literally enough to make me scream because it’s so sudden and sharp, I can’t sleep and I’m trying so hard not to scream so I don’t wake up my wife. It’s never felt so sharp. It actually feels like my cervix is being stabbed.I’m just wondering if this is still normal.
