I am absolutely LOVING the nutrition program I’ve been on! It’s a 30 day program that helps you clean up your eating with supplements, and all sorts of information such as recipes, grocery lists, foods to eliminate, foods to incorporate, and an amazing support system of awesome women. I started shedding the pounds even without working out, and now that I’ve started my fitness routine, I’m toning up SO FAST!!! So far I’m down 10 pounds. I don’t care about losing anymore weight, I just want to continue to tone the booty up and maintain what I’ve done so far! I highly recommend it to anyone looking to get their summer body, or just wanting to live a healthier lifestyle in general.
