So much pain!
Okay - so I’ve been sleeping on my side... I’m normally a tummy sleepy, so this side sleeping thing, while I do it, I’m not thrilled...
Apparently my arms aren’t either. My shoulders are in so much pain when I wake up in the mornings! Especially if it’s the side I slept on more. My left one was clicking last night every time I moved it! This morning they both hurt every time I go to lift them up. It’s painful, borderline tolerable.
So side sleeping mama’s, how on earth do I help my poor, unhappy shoulders?
I sleep with a c-shaped pillow, have added my normal pillow for head support...
What do I do?
