Only having 3 kids?

My husband and I are 23, planning baby #3 in another year or so after we have built our home. We keep going back to the conversation because one of my siblings and one of his had 4 kids and we just love seeing their big family. At some point we even talked about having 5/6 kids! We were pretty convinced that after baby #3 I would burn and tie my tubes lol but lately we’ve been talking and we feel like we might regret not growing our family more. Has anyone only had 3 and wished they had more? I know everyone is different I just want to hear other peoples stories

I feel like you won’t really know until your living life with baby number 3! I feel like with each baby your learn more what you handle and as a family what you want and will suit you all best! If they thought is in your mind tho after baby 3 don’t get ur tubes tied! Just wait it out a year and see how everything’s going as a family of 5 and if you guys are still feeling like another baby is what you want! I’ve always wanted 4 babies and I had my first over a year ago and he’s a pretty easy toddler but know that I have lived it and it’s not a thought in my head I could really only see myself having 2 more maybe. What I’m saying is I think it’s really hard to make a decision about number 4 without number 3 lol

Growing up where there’s only 2 of is how i wished i have atleast 1-2 more siblings and originally i only wanted 3 kids but i’m gave in to my hubby for 1 more so that in yeats from now i won’t regret not having one when i should of lol... i’m having my 4th and i’m done. Goodluck

I would never do something so permanent. Go on birth control- implant, depo...something. You are still so young. Once your kids are older you may be more than willing to have a few more. Im having my first at 32 and don’t feel it’s old to be having kids
