TMI !!!/// Miscarriage question

Hello everyone I am back from my nature glow I found out I was pregnant in January I just miscarried 1 day ago I’m still bleeding as we speak just this is the first time it happens to me so just wanted to know in anyone’s experience what comes after? Am I just supposed to let nature do it’s thing do I need to have the d& c surgery anyone have complications after just having the miscarriage naturally or was having the d&c better please help any experience stories welcomed thank you
