Ovulation
Has anyone else experienced painful ovulation? I literally can tell when I’m ovulating & last night the pain & discomfort actually woke me up. I thought maybe I had to go to the bathroom but nope that wasn’t the case. I had to take 3 ibuprofen (600mg) & use a heating pad to fall back asleep.
