I'm so confused!?

Ok so I was trying to track my periods & when I would be fertile on this app. It told me I was suppose to start my period Sunday not yesterday days earlier than what I had thought. So my question is if I used plan b an miscalculated twice in a month now that I have actually taken plan b 2 times in a month too late for it to actually work I was fertile one of these times & I'm not on any regular birth control either. I'm bleeding but it doesn't resemble period blood at all am I possibly spotting & already pregnant? & what are my chances I am actually pregant if I had unprotected sex 2 times this month both times we did it over 4 times?
