Self Checking Cervix
Has anyone self checked their cervix? What am I supposed to be feeling for? I looked up how to properly do it but it wasn’t all that clear to me. I OBVIOUSLY know to sanitize and take precautions so I don’t need that advice. When I checked it, it felt really soft and squishy but it was super far back(my fingers were all the way inserted). Any similar experiences? TIA.
